OUR STORY
Our journey with wine began with Paul’s father, who had a passion for collecting fine wines and selecting bottles for special occasions. He used to store his wine in a cupboard under the stairs. One of the most memorable moments was when he purchased white wine to keep for an upcoming event but he couldn’t enjoy it because it had spoiled! Learning that this happened because of improper storage, the memory of that disappointment sparked our quest for knowledge about storing wine, leading us to understand how crucial it is for preserving the quality and taste of wine. Years later, during one of our trips to Napa Valley, we learned all about wine storage and how to properly control the environment for all varietals to preserve our own fine collection.
These experiences inspired us to create My Wine Coolers to share this valuable knowledge with others.
